If you received this, you were asked to fill out a supporting evidence form for us to send to immigration. I've tried to make it as easy for everyone to know what to do and how to do it.
The Form 888 is basically a way for you to tell the Australian Government:
- who you are
- how you know Dee and Chad
- what you have personally seen about their relationship
- why you believe their relationship is genuine and ongoing
You don't need to write anything complicated.
The best answers are simple, honest and based on your own experiences with us.
What is Form 888?
Form 888 is a supporting statement completed by people who know our relationship.
It helps show:
Immigration might get in contact with our main witnesses, so its important to put down the truth and what you'll remember.
We don't need an essay, or made up stories, just sharing what you know.
How to complete the form

- Make sure you have your IDs (driver's licence AND birth certificate OR passport, and if you're Curt, please put your navy ID)

Dee has a printer, so just let her know if you need us to print it.
